John,

There is way too much unjustified confusion over
the CAVD and what IHDR has and who we dealt with. It is not confused at all between us and EFTI. USEI is no longer in the picture, except they took some of the payment for their "representation" of EFTI, but the new preliminary
agreement already accounted for that with EFTI. This is not out of whack as some people would like to envision. I know the Stanton companies better than anyone, and am not confused on what I am doing on this.
