Pozi will become standard of care is the take home message I get based on today's PR. From the data today, in heavily pre-treated EGFR exon 20 mutant NSCLC patients, 43% confirmed ORR to date and Median PFS 5.5m; 19 patients remain on treatment, and that compares favorably to historical ORR rates of <8% approved TKIs and <19% for standard of care 2L agents (docetaxel, PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitors) and PFS of under 3 months (MDA data). So at the end of the day, even though the results are not they were, my milestone is that pozi will become standard of care in the not to distant future (1 - 1.5 yr). I'm not at my everyday computer but I want to dig up what Dr Heymach's quote about 40% ORR and 6 months PFS as out of the park (my paraphrasing. Looking forward to what he says this afternoon.
