Well if he knew something the rest of us didn’t know, why would he allow somebody to buy shares at 50% discount to what he owns the stock yet? That doesn’t make any sense.

I would love to be optimistic about the future of BIO-key but unfortunately that optimism went straight out the window when we broke $2.50 a share on the downside.

Company needs a new strategic plan and needs to lighten up on expenses. Too much headcount, not enough sales.
