mdphd2008.....I noticed the latest PR by IPIX characterised B as the late-stage drug candidate. So i believe Late-Stage drug development requires the following to be considered by the FDA for approval to market:

1] Proven Efficacy

2] Proven Safety

3] Establishment of Value

4] A drug compound manufacturer

5] Method of dosing

It seems to me that IPIX has moved B well down this pathway.

So what have i left out? Your help and comments are welcome.
