I don't know but I have seen some report it. I have to keep coming back to the point that how could anyone have legally taken over this ticker when the Simmons claim they know nothing about this ticker. You would have to file for a custodianship to take over this ticker and that would be public information. Again how could Brian be the VP and not know it?
