Insiders don’t need to buy any shares because they will get tons of free shares upon change of control....read the upcoming DEF14A to see the actual # of accelerated options vesting to common shares.

Plus if they buy shares now, it means insider trades = jail time = becomes someone’s girlfriend & holding pinky in prison.
