I noticed in the original ORDER from the Nevada
JUDGE approving the Receivership, the Receiver
had to file periodic Reports to the JUDGE.

I found the following info in the Nevada Clark County
District Court data base:


" Receiver's Interim Status Report Dated May 4, 2018

Receiver's Interim Status Report Dated August 13, 2018 "


The last Report was filed on Aug 13, 2018.
I am unable to access the Report probably due
to a fee is required to see a copy of it.

The Docket does show an Attorney representing
the Receiver - likely needed to complete and file
the Reports.

I will phone him sometime this week. In the
meantime if you or anyone else want to phone
here is the Case No. and the Attorney's name
