One of the reasons that I said CNBX will go to 80-90 cents is because of tax loss in November-December. They need money and a big Pharma to drive thru the process towards a drug, Well, now they have money with this dilution which could be enough for 3 years? if they go at it alone?

The process for a new drug takes years and money. Today they have money to proceed. Good luck. Dilution was inevitable even with a big pharma.
