Everything I posted was based on truth
and backed up by SEC filings, PRs
and Conflict of Interest facts.

It was Francine's firing of the Auditor
- Patrick Heyn - and thus not updating the
FINANCIALS that led to the delisting
of BRWC.

Francine could have filed for Bankruptcy
Protection from Creditors but then that
would mean an Audit!

It is amazing that after so long you are
still so protective of Francine - Francine?
