Relax on the filing

It was an extremely complicated quarter given the spin-off. Doesn't mean anything if they're a couple days later than normal (yes, I know it's already late). What matters is that they get the disclosures and financials done correctly.

Keep in mind, they need the Nestbuilder guys to produce financials too as of the third week of July. Not everything is in Verus' control.
