oh my god, you are seriously proposing that a plant independently valued prior to request for bids at 150 mil + sold for only 4.3 mil....no, less! Everything sold for 4.3 mil!

that is absolutely amazing. lol, I actually just laughed out loud.

There is zero chance that the total purchase price still under seal in canada, would have been unsealed in the US when they have been coordinating from day one. It would only be true if canadian courts had unsealed at the same time, and they didnt. why else keep it sealed?
