Reactions and quotes from filing:
- preliminarily approved, but subject to further consideration at January 24, 2019 settlement hearing.
- they can partner with or without settlement/lawsuit
- Good this stupid thing is settled,the January 2019 date is not a hearing, its the latest proof that the settlement was disbursed

Our take:
- So its ordered that settlement is OK (prelim) and all ongoing redtape just to finalize it.
- I surely cannot see this as a partnership blocker indeed. Can't change the stipulation's amount now
- so this shall give potential partner more security now, if they ever needed it. Done. Market happy?
