GE - IMO, this is more likely an appendage to Ancestry 3.0. The current version of Ancestry would not be very useful for this type of investigation since the snp's they are testing for predate China itself. There's already been discussion of later waves of migration and even several waves of reverse migration between Asia and North America - so it wouldn't "prove" the presence of Chinese diaspora in recorded history. But a more "modern" set of snp's would - which is what Ancestry 3.0 is all about.
