Seriously, you longs that are in this waist deep, please explain WHY (if SPORT is all that AND there is no poison pill) a mid-range player wouldn't take $25-30M out of petty cash to acquire a controlling interest in TMDI ? Would seem like a cheap way to get a foot in the door of game-changing Single Port Robotic Surgery, no ?

Either it's still way too early or this really is still a science project. Makes no sense why they would wait when a few bucks chump change can make a meaningful difference vs. possibly a Billion + spent in a bidding war 14 months from now
