Unfortunately, they dont even have a drug to sell. To my knowledge, there isnt even a legitimate sample of the drug. They have to pay lonza 680k for a sample. Just to test their hypothesis about the drugs and its potential. You are spouting FDA approval??

Adva27a is barely in phase 1, from what I read. There is no viable sample yet. Why would a pharma buy this? 10yrs after the French came up with the patents, with no proof it works? FDA approval is 5-10yrs away, assuming they can even produce a sample, and that sample does what it claims it can. Until then, adva27a is a theory.

10mill funding will be raised at the expense of investors. Dilution. Most know they will never raise that much anyways.
