There is so much wrong with the prior post that it's almost disturbing.
There is fake news being spread about this company for 1 reason and 1 reason only. Mgmts failure to deliver.
To characterize SPIN as having "exceptional fundamental performance" is laughable. This MGMT is on the record over a year ago saying they were going to open several new affiliates. To date ..... They've opened 1 in roughly 18 months. They hired a COO to address this expansion. Nothing for a year. I will however give a pass on the hurricane situation. But performance is what it's supposed to be for the current situation. It is not exceptional by any measure. A better characterization might be that it's performance is trending in the right direction but with no new affiliates ..... Well, the trend is likely to slow after this quarterly report.
And for a paid consultant to disparage everyone else ...... That is a black mark on SPIN MGMT. A paid SPIN consultant labeling everyone else in a derogatory manner in a public forum. Think about it. SPIN pays this person ??? Really??? That relationship should be terminated INSTANTLY .... Although we know that won't happen as it's Dr D's good buddy.
Further SPIN MGMT isn't going to try to do anything about the stock price because of chat board messages ???? Wow!! Can't make this stuff up. It's right there in black and white. MGMT has time to read chat board messages and those messages can influence what MGMT does ??? Really ??? Think about that as well.
Then we have a nice "spin" on mgmts comment that Drs don't want to sell paper to SPIN. All MGMT has to do to dispel that is sign more affiliates. Oh wait, can't do that cause MGMT is afraid to stick it's neck out on the money situation. I'm guessing if there is a need for money, it'll be found. Dr D and friends couldn't scrape together a couple hundred K if 2 new affiliates were added ? LOL. Hmmmmm. Here's a novel approach. How about Dr D pull back on selling a few of his cases to SPIN, if needed, so that money is available if needed eh ? Plus there's 250k available on the LOC presently.
Bottom line is the stock is at all time lows because of MGMT. Nobody else. And not chat board messages. If the company was performing exceptionally, you'd see more activity and interest. There are many microcap investors out there looking for an undiscovered company with a great share structure.
The only thing I even remotely agree with in prior post is the stock should be a little bit higher. Not much, but a little bit. But, mgmt is in the penalty box so price isn't going to improve much without MGMT informing the investing public of and executing on a growth plan.
