I'll even go one step further...with ALL of these warrant tranches out there and well over a hundred million bucks available from them, isn't there at least 1 BIGGUN a little nervous that Titan could go it alone for quite awhile making it even more expensive to acquire later on ?

Everything in life is a risk but to me, if I am CEO of a Stryker, Boston Scientific, or Smith & Nephew - why wouldn't I grab a controlling stake in Titan NOW to own 50+% of the TOYOTA CAMRY of Single Port for tens of millions (petty cash) rather than spend over a BILLION in a bidding war months later ?
