Stolen from golferman post....who's math totally adds up. (Kudos GM!) Except he didn't even mention international sales that should really start kicking in next year. A lot of these LPs are trading at 50-100x or even more valuation!!!!! So at 8-10X (or even less with international sales) I would say Aphria is not just undervalued, but GROSSLY UNDERVALUED, compared to it's peers. If we get a major deal, then I would say Aphria is by far the best pick of the sector for the money. 100%

My Canadian price valuation per share based on Vic’s Output projections of 255,000 KG/year and his average wholesale price of $5.00/Gram asper the video

**********
Aphria says they will be able produce in January 2019

255,000kg per year
=255,000,000 grams per year

Projected whole sale price per gram is $5.00/ gram

Projected sales gross @ 255,000,000 grams

= $1,275,000,000

All in cost & 1.50/gram

= $382,500,000

EDITBA calculation
$1,275,000,000. - $382,500,000. = $ 892,500,000 (EDITBA)

******
Earnings per share EBITDA

Outstanding shares 232,000,000

$892,500,000 / 232,000,000 = $3.846

*******
Projected share price at 8x to 10x EBITDA

= $ 30.72 to $ 38.46 CDN
= $ 23.64 to $ 29.60 US
