Let me be BLUNT! There is NO reason that WSTI should fail "other than" doing NOTHING! The mills work, are well designed and are a really good product that have a demand and a market. How can that fail to be a reasonably good company at the very least? So you are right, there is every chance to move forward IF Bates gets off his traveling, photo op, conferencing, traveling, bullshit and puts his energy to doing what is needed to get those problems solved. He has a cadre of people to help. Blizz and others have good contacts and the small amount of money should be a simple matter to raise. The money raised however MUST be designated "for the purpose ONLY of getting the financials audited and filed" in the first tranche and the second with the designation "for the purpose of settling the convertible debt", and so on. No money is designated for traveling, photo ops or any such nonsense while the immediate problem remains!
