The cheapest and most straightforward move is to raise the money to get the filings current (~$200k ???), then get the filings current and the company re-registered. An additional $1M -> $2M to settle the convertibles. That lets shares trade and the share value increase which can be used to finance the remainders and get WSTI going. That also provides investors of ImpactPPA some confidence in a "Dan Bates". Otherwise this foolish "do nothing" performance of Bates in WSTI results in the demise of ImpactPPA as well as Dan Bates gets the reputation of being incompetent to run any company. What is happening now as a result of the 3 years of doing nothing will focus on Dan Bates. His credibility will vaporize in his EVERY endeavor IF he does not get these simple issues solved. Trying to clean the company will not work and is way more expensive and time consuming than the simple moves suggested above. Not only will it dump the shareholders (because they come last in the debt chain) it will have a big negative influence on ImpactPPA.

ImpactPPA is NOT the salvation of Bates, WSTI is. ImpactPPA banked itself on the crypto world which is actually the "CRAPTO" world based on the idea of a baseless currency. That idea is dying, has very few coins and can be manipulated by big money over all of the holders of the coins. Who in his right mind would invest in such a baseless wampum? If ImpactPPA cannot sell its uselsess crypto coin, WSTI is dead anyway. So WSTI MUST be the focus and this whole mess has to heal itself from the bottom up NOT the other way around. That is the cheapest and most efficient way out if done correctly.
