re: NSS - In the conversations I have had with Mike Terrell he has placed much more emphasis on improving shareholder value through continued connections in Latin America, especially regarding current projects to improve infrastructure there.

While there is something to be said for the upward pressure that can be put on the pps when shorts have to cover, focusing on exposing the practice of NSS can be time and energy consuming.

My take is that, while Mike Terrell isn't ignoring FTD's and possible ways to apply pressure to B/D's holding them, he is keeping his eye on the real prize, i.e. the Panama Canal and other projects in the area.

And that's exactly where we want his attention, imo
