Gopherdat,
That's all very well, I also read the PDF and it said they planed on distribution and sales through large Pharmacy chains.
( https://lexingtonbiosciences.com/our-solution/markets ) But until it happens its is just wishful thinking and speculation..

Lexington, Do not as yet have a marketable product, They have no employees except the present board who appear to be working for free ! There needs to be a large influx of money to bring the HS to market and at the moment the revenue is Zero..
There are only +/- 38,000,000 shares outstanding, ( None are Class A ), Therefore the only way to gain financial stability and pay the bills will be to either borrow the funds or launch a new IPO. I favor the IPO, however that also has drawbacks, the financial institution backing the launch will with Lexington's CFO assess the costs to launch and agree on a reasonable and logical share price. There are many companies who have IPO'd and the price has dropped to less than half of the launch price and yes some have increased in price, which shows even an educated assessment and valuation tend to be inaccurate !

At the end of the day it will be the shareholders who will dictate the share price and the traders who will cause an increase or decrease in the price. It will also take a couple or three filings to show how well the company is doing and how profitable it is.

There are many more areas to assess before a final share price can be set, and as I have already said, at the moment with only +/- 38 million shares at .10 per share gives Lexington an overall value of $3,800,000.
And presently even Wall St puts a Zero valuation on Lex.

Now don't get me wrong, I believe in Lexington's HS and will / am holding long term, as I have also said re capital gains, you have to hold your shares from each purchase for 1 year or pay 19 % tax. which is near enough giving Uncle Sam a 1/5 of your holdings? Now if $5-00 plus comes in it may be worth selling a few shares to cover the original cost plus fees etc, which means the $2.6 Billion will be a nice reward. And as the article states, in a 4 year period the BP market rose 6.53 %. But that is the Blood Pressure market and doesn't include Heart Sentry.

Only time will tell, I hope you are correct and we can all get together an d celebrate at a shareholder meeting.

I also find it interesting that a company who is not generating revenue has 3 postal addresses, located in California, Nevada, and Vancouver ???

Have a great day everyone... The clock is ticking toward prosperity !!!!
