I don’t see a delay really hurting the price given it’s current level is so close to the low of .11 or so since the .47 high. A panic reaction dropping the price to .11 would be an amazing buy opportunity.
But without that bill passing we may not get the big run up reaction we’ve all talked about.

Personally as a long term patient holder I would rather see a slow drive where fundamentals reluctantly drag up price vs a “Tilray run” where it races up and crashes down.

My opinion.
