[[[[[[This process is underway and will be completed this week.]]]]]] Stockholders are respectfully requested to appreciate that Jewish holidays commencing today will result in no communications from the Company until Thursday September 20, 2018.

We reiterate that we intend to file all of the outstanding and current Annual and Quarterly Reports simultaneously and if on a trading day; only after market close. This will restore the Company to that of a Current Filer on the OTC Markets.

We Are Almost There, Chill Out And Let and Let Them Complete The Task At Hand. It Won’t Be Much Longer IMO!!!!
