You hold onto those 50M shares for the long term and it will be all the easier to move up. It's totally in the retail shareholders control. But when big fish dump all at once like a pack of hyenas that's when the stock hits temporary turbulence. There's no rules to how how to trade though.. just smart investors know HPIL has the formula to see 01+ and with a little patience they will realize those gains.
