Was it you that originally alerted us to the court document? If so, thank you very much for that as it was unequivocally the most valuable piece of information ever released on this board.

After 9 months, I still have that slight attachment to the notion that something big could happen, but we both know very well that the Canadian assets couldn't even cover the secured creditors, and the company/courts are not pulling some top-secret backdoor maneuver to bring NewCo in at $10 a share.
