Looking at requirements he can't file that form if there are more than 500 shareholders,I would bet on most of these Eddie FRAUDS there are thousands given how the stock is dirt cheap. This SHAM is showing almost 400 shareholders but even those numbers are two years old.

LOL...that's what everyone needs to do,buy 1 or 2 shares so you become a shareholder,anything above 500 and Eddie HAS to file timely financial reports or the stock will be revoked.


Option C: Terminate Exchange Act Registration by Filing a Form 15 Followed by a Form 10 Registration Statement

If a Company qualifies to do so, they may file a Form 15, terminating its Exchange Act registration and thereby relieving it of the Exchange Act reporting requirements. To qualify to file a Form 15, a Company currently must either have fewer than 300 shareholders, or fewer than 500 shareholders if it has assets of less than $10 million.
