New updated information regarding the status of the Georgetown14 theater and the Galaxy share structure.

I received the following email from the Magellan IR firm that contains corrections to previous inaccurate information that had been posted. Phone numbers and addresses have been deleted

Apologies for the lateness of the hour I am writing this, but it has been a hectic week-I do the Investor Relations for Galaxy, and will, when the time comes, work on their behalf on an Institutional Level.

There has been No Decision yet on the Georgetown 14*-When it Is decided, there will be a Press Release to that effect.

*I see on Investor Hub that information was posted said that it “Has been Spun Off”-that is inaccurate.


Here is, (as of 10:30am on Friday, 9-21), the Share Structure from our Transfer Agent:

Free Trading Stock: 277,578
Control Stock: 21,386

Investment Stock: 9,539,087

Total Shares: 9,539,087, (which is 1,556 Shares Less than Stated on our 8-k from Thursday, 9-20)

**I also see on the Investor Hub that the Number 8.7m for Total Shares had been stated, that too is inaccurate.
