Hi Silvr and Bagel,
I have gone from thinking that the Wellspring deal was an act of desperation (Bactine? Really?) to thinking that Art P.is the man-of- the-hour that we have believed him to be.

In the conference call he talked about not being able to recruit the workforce he needed in Baudette. Toronto solves that problem.

Enhancing our relationship with IDT Australia by acquiring a company that has an existing partnership with them. Great move that seems to position ourselves to make much more money on, at least, Pindolol.
Tried to find out if Wellspring/IDT was manufacturing Pindolol for any of our competitors under contract. Could not find.

Wellspring also has the tech capability to offer serialization. Look carefully at their website if you haven't yet. We acquired Wellspring for the cost of one year of their revenue. Sounds mutually very beneficial to me! Art mentioned that they have a product awaiting FDA approval. Can't find it. Can you?

I am disappointed with the low pps but I think we just overcame the obstacle that was preventing our growth.Would love to see insiders buying but I plan to be patient.
