What is interesting to me is that the person making this analytical post appears to be Bryndon Fisher who is another litigating shareholder of note. I am looking forward to seeing this ruling spread across a broad spectrum of other Fanniegate cases for its enlightened view of fiduciary conservatorship, its defining of FHFA as a government actor having nationalized the GSEs and the denial of judicial due process by hiding beneath the skirts of unilateral conservatorship.
