Perhaps you should consider the possibility that there never was any true desire to really expand to multiple business areas but instead show assets at multiple business areas and high values and possibilities for growth without really having any true investments in them. Just doing it to make assets and business value and sell shares based on that. That certainly is the case with Siaf since until this day they have not been able to sell anything, just making everything more complex (fruit trees latest =D ) while assets keep inflating and dilution getting more fierce. The scam is obvious with Siaf, don't know how things went with that other company.
