Sure seems like one of the best VOLUME and strong BUY sessions of the the last month. This stock should be trading back at .012-015 pps where it was for weeks as we awaited the AUDITED FINS that some thought would never come. THEY DID. ALL OF THEM. And it’s time we start noticing the difference between fake news and BS twitter press VERSUS what’s really going on here at $STSC and their own diligence taking major steps toward transparent with shareholders by providing 3 years of audited fins. They submitted them all!
You have 9 substantial and validating material events THAT USED TO MATTER in my day and frankly, they still do. THEY ARE SEC REPORTING and now with their 2017 audit ...they are easily SEC compliant and can submit unaudited quarterly fins and the merger disclosure doc, I suspect will occur in relative short order now.
WE USED TO CARE WHEN A STOCK became compliant and became transparent. When new management would take charge and choose a SHAREHOLDER friendly approach via PROPER FILINGS, disclosures, audits and seemingly - a COMPANY/ENTITY to come into the $STSC holding Corp.
With this share structure, the prospects of something ACTUALLY GOING TO HAPPEN...by speculating...the purpose of investing ... at the very heart of this... EVERYTHING just feels right here. The shares are scarce and the due diligence actually takes up 276 pages on my server. Funny how one forgets that I have been telling the story AS IT HAPPENS ...sometimes I’m right and sometimes I’m wrong and seemingly and fittingly — I shall remain UNWILLING to bend on my due diligence.
Im not a prolific poster and never will be. I’m confident that some major MMJ sub or merger is in play here via 25 different filings and vital state docs all relating FirstCanna Pharma/Insurance/Financial and various players at OmniElite and across myriad other cannabis related corps. The due diligence is far too strong here and with Delaware filings now to boot - I will take my chances here that this will be moving exponentially higher upon validation that they FINALLY completed the deal and GOT IT RIGHT .
I look forward to reaching and then surpassing the 2018 HOY .0157 pps. Two more sessions of buying like this
and we will be trading .01+ pps IMO. Throw in a material event and the potential for 10-20 mil in volume daily or more and SERIOUS BLAST OFF to .05-10 pps IMO on validations of substantive MMJ deal.
