So you doubt that Brickner will not make the remaining filings? That's kind of rediculous since he already spent $30k for the past "fully audited" financials


the filings were probably part of the deal when the control was turned over to Brickner. If that really happened. The pump on the filings alone probably made more money than that.


Brickner has one too many MUGSHOTS floating around - so I suspect he will be cautious when filing with the SEC.

Also pretty odd that the deal supposedly happened in November

but the 10K that included filings through December never mentioned Brickner as a beneficial shareholder and Harris was still shown as owning those shares.
