I was already in PURA and I went to their web page and read to discern whether there is anything "big" in the grow facilities involved here. It turns our PURA has a patented canabinoid process for infusing beverages. they keep that and they are getting big time into dispensing cannabis drinks (vending) , which they keep. My guess is that they may be splitting the grow off to this new entity in order to either bigtime JV or get bought out on the beverage side. I do not know this, but its logical. They will keep their hand in the game for grow facilities up there in Canada via this new entity.
