Can someone run the numbers on macs options if say buyout of 1B with 36M OS. What kind of money is he looking for after putting in what 2 or 3 years here. And does he pay income tax or capital gains or both in canadan and or usa. I came up with about 4.1M cdn in his pocket after paying both income tax and capital gains tax in cdn. 2 M a year doesnt sound like its enough. Thks.
