Too late! CGFI filed a Form 15 AFTER the SEC suspended the stock for delinquent filings. What idiots they are. But that should be a surprise to anyone.

It won't matter, as the SEC will revoke the stock long before the Form 15 becomes effective. It just demonstrates they would like to keep scamming as long as they can.
