Here is the B.S. text excerpt of the "article" from the B.S. fourth-rate publication touting MMEX:

In West Texas, MMEX Resources Corporation (Fort Stockton, Texas) expects to finish construction on a $50 million crude oil refinery in Fort Stockton before the end of the year. The project, which is the first phase of a planned, $1 billion refinery complex, features a 10,000-BBL/d crude distillation unit. Jack Hanks, the chief executive officer of MMEX, told The Fort Stockton Pioneer that the facility will produce non-transportation fuels like off-road diesel, naphtha and residual fuel oil in the first phase, and thereafter would make transportation fuels like gasoline and jet fuel. For more information, see Industrial Info's project report.

Among the many problems with this non-factual B.S.; it is known that MMEX could not possibly "finish construction" on even the rudimentary Phase I before "the year end." This is because MMEX has no project financing, and never will.

Another "Mad J. says" piece of unsubstantiated crap, with no corroborating or substantive evidence.

MMEX STRONG are in a desperate strait - half stuck in an "investment" they can't exit without losses, half part of the MMEX scam, trying to sucker other "investors..."

When you are dead, you don't know that you are dead. It is difficult only for others. It is the same when you are stupid.
