If one considers the likelihood of an RS as positive. In the majority of times it's a disaster from stocks. I would say the likelihood of a RS is greater now than a few days ago.
And no, that doesn't mean I PROMISED an RS. It say's likelihood.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
