Seemed like they were trying to entice some selling at the end of the day but there were no takers. I'm guessing they wanted it to hit the bid at .0071 which is the 20sma.

But certainly odd action, some 79's get hit and then a instant whack at 76 and drop of the ask, doesn't seem like retail to me
