It seems to me that if the owner of 3DX Industries may not have read the book "Profit First" by Mike Michalowicz yet. If not, it might be a good idea...

The book is very excellent. It explains why so many entrepreneurs are in the situation they currently find themselves in and... more importantly, how they can be profitable even if it seems like it's impossible.

I do not think there is a business owner who could not benefit from reading (or listening) to this.

The audio CDs are read and expanded upon by the author himself...

Very enjoyable and enlightening.

I do not think there is a better use of commute time than to give this a listen... if there isn't time available to read it.

PS: I got it from the library. I believe most libraries have access to WorldCat® Online Catalog so there really is no excuse not to get it and take action to improve business and make life better in my opinion.

PSS: I understand how difficult it can be for small manufacturers so I really hope this helps!
