I agree. It's most likely an auto-generated date based off of VCPS' SEC filings. But yeah, it'll be interesting to see what (if anything) happens as we enter a new quarter.

The constant adding and removing of shares almost seems like Market Makers messing around, for reasons unknown... almost seems computerized.

I'm not so sure if it's a large shareholder. I 'believe' any shareholder that owns more than 5% of the OS would be required to file an SEC 13G. (5% of 2.8B is roughly ~140m shares)
