One thing killing the stock is that several online brokers won't even all you to purchase the stock on line. Investors in these type stocks want a stock they can get in and out of quickly from their computer at home or office. It's not a good sign when brokers are restricting the purchase of a stock. They obviously have their reasons.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
