1. I do not follow mume, I do not know much about it. 2. Also, having restrictions are a mystery to me. I have never had a stock that had restrictions imposed except a total restriction imposed by an exchange. I thought the restrictions were a form of price manipulation where selling was unfettered, but buying became difficult. thus forcing prices down and affecting the prestige the company. Seems that restrictions ought to be illegal when not administered by an unbiased governmental agency and the restrictions should restrict both the buying and selling equally.
