That's not 100% true statement. $GIGL whether it gets booted off the OTCQB or not it's still SEC fully reporting. The company still has to file 10Q's and 10K's until they file a 15-12G which would make them a non-reporting company.

Getting booted off of the OTCQB because they can't maintain the minimum price standard is just another sign of the decay of this corporation.
