NITE IS THE SHORT MM and most active MM in the OTC. When volume is light NITE sells to itself on the BID to knock PPS back and shake the impatient. ASK BLOCKS to kill/control runs, however Nite also helps with runs though cause it has to cover when retail buying pressure increases.
