Are you suggesting that a teaser article, for a fourth-rate PR firm, has more weight than a definitive SEC filing for MMEX's financing status?

So far, MMEX's sole financing has been floor-less, convertible toxic debt. Sub-penny, super-dilutive OTC shell companies, with no business operations, employees, or assets do not qualify for tens to hundreds of millions in project financing.

Unless, and until there is a definitive material agreement, and associated 8-K filing documenting MMEX having received project financing (which will never happen), its all just imagination, hope, and B.S.
