VMGI...Did the SEC/Court throw him out or did we, along with the BOD, vote him out? I don't remember getting my proxy to vote. Also, the last I saw, he still has lots of shares. I believe, he and William and the mystery 'third party' all know each other and are part of the 'plans' for the new company. There will be more promotional shares to give away for anyone who helps get the funding and the new VMGI 'off the ground'.
