I have a friend who’s level2 shows ARCA on the ask occasionally. I never seen them on my td ameritrade level 2 before on ARGQ . A few weeks ago I asked if anyone else could see them, but nobody responded. Definitely games here. I think it was mammoth selling their dribble because when I looked at his level 2 ARCA had 15% exactly of the daily volume on ask. I saw them get filled on his l2 but on mine it was like the shares were bought from an invisible mm
