Worried? About what? A CEO finding a funny way to remind folks that work for him how close Black Friday and Christmas are? The man has a sense of humor and its good that he shows that side of him especially since he is always so serious. Too serious in my opinion.

Managing folks aint easy and sometimes you got to be creative to get through to folks.
