OK - let's assume Longtai then...here is my question, why/how do we not know as doesn't a 5+% holder have to report ? Who, other than Longtai, do we know is a player ? How can this be THAT stealthy ??

I still think we have to assume 37-38M at the end because what we don't know are the amt. of "presents" that they will award themselves with between now and then ? There will be very little/virtually none that drop off expect for (literally) a handful of brokered warrants. I hear what you are saying - but I think mid 20's is wishful thinking. I say 90% chance between 37-38M.

Another traditional raise w/ warrants will be a HUGE step backwards and it's sad if Mc does this. I am not a CEO but can grasp the pain and agony of this last raise. We do not want/need an o/s count near 50M. At a $50 pps - then buyout price tag is up near $2.5B. These boyz gonna pull a 1-2 reverse at the end ?
